Coldness in left knee
I have coldness in my left knee with slight numbness. There is no pain and I can walk freely but something feels a bit uncomfortable. I don't have any injury to my left knee to the best of my knowledge.
I have tried applying ice pack and hot water bag but hasn't been very helpful so far. I have this problem from nearly 1 month.
Please let me how I can proceed.
