Cold such as runnig nose from last 3 day
Good afternoon Sir/ Madam
I have a son name Devance Rawat of 19 months.He was suffering from cold such as running nose only from last 3 days. I am using Monticope syrup for him but not effective.Please suggest the syrup or medicine for him...

Syp Allegra 2.5 ml two times in a day you can give for 10 days
If nasal block nasoclear nasal drops 2 drops u can put it in both nostrils whenever required

For simple cold use syrup Maxtra 5 ml twice daily if there is no fever .
Next Steps
Consult your Pediatrician if there is fever and if the child is sick
