Cold, Sore Throat and burning sensation
Hi Doctor, I had taken my 2dose of Sputnik vaccine on last Saturday soon after I had a chilled glass full of Banana milkshake and on the way home I again had a chilled Frooti and post reaching home had a chilled glass of Pepsi after that day onwards I have fever, chills running nose and cough now my throat also have started hurting when I drink hot water. I am having a dolo650 and a citirizen 1 in morning and 1 in night.
Can I continue or take additional medicines? I feel better from past 2 days but still my mouth and my throat is sore and red.
Plz suggest.

Tablet pan-d 440mg (1 in the morning and night before food)
Tablet azithromycin 500mg (1in the morning before food)-5days
Tablet a-z (1 in the morning)-after food
Continue paracetamol
