FEVER,Sore throat n cold

I have been suffering from fever , sore throat n cold from 2days.However fever is under control but sore throat is causing a lot of pain n now cough too.Last night had runny nose..Medicines 1 crocin,1citrazin.

Dear patient Continue cetrizine twice a day for 3 days Start syrup tusqx 2tsp 1-1-1 for 3 days Steam inhalation three times a days Tab acenac-p for pain and fever instead of Crocin Is the cough dry? Does sputum come out? Is it greenish in colour?
