My daughter is 8 years old as she is having running nose block nose which medicine is good plz tell.

Give Sinarest AF 5ml thrice a day for 3 days and nasoclear nasal drops. Give steam inhalation, warm water to drink with honey, soup, add haldi in food or if giving milk.
