Cold from seasonal changes
I have allergic rhinosinusitis and because of my work for the past few days I had to roam around in the sun a lot, which caused excessive sweating and when I went back to my office it was all air conditioner room, so due to the temperature fluctuation I guess I got a cold. I am sneezing for past one day, first it was clear watery snot now it's pretty yellowish like infection. Is it infection? And if it is how can I prevent it from progressing further. Also I want to mention that I had similar infection two weeks back and had completed an antibiotic course, got all clear but now again caught the cold.

Hi., I can understand your concern.
You can take tab montek lc at night after food for two weeks.
Drink adequate warm water.
Avoid processed foods.
If any fever, we need to plan for antibiotics again.
If not, montek lc is enough.
