Look for any allergic phenomenon like persistent red eyes.. Nose.. Breathing difficulty.. Itchy and dry skin... It can be just seasonal cold... Nothing to worry... Keep in ward environment... Give adequate diet and look warm water... Avoid outside food... Check fever and Respiratory activity frequently...
