Blocked nose ,irritated cry,running nose,but my baby refuses to wear warm clothes even at night,on n off cough also is there,she's active n running around

Blocked nose irritable cry. Need to check chest for congestion . If clear need to give decongestants for common cold.if chest congestion is present expectorant to be given. Better take the advice of local pediatrician & follow accordingly. Regards
