  4. Cold fever. Paracitamol doses for him.

Cold fever
My 11 year old son have fever since morning. Had had cold since yesterday evening... I gave him sinarest 5 ml today morning 9 am .. and calpol 325 mg half tablet 11.30 am. .. Lmontus  kid 1 tab afternoon ar 1.45 .. Morning fever is 99.8 ..after medicine upto 99.8 at 12.30 pm today.. after bath ..99.5 at 1.45 .pm.. . I m planning to visit doctor in evening.. what is best paracitAmol doses for him..pls suggest

With an expected weight  of around 30kgs, for 11 year olds the dose range is between 300-400 mg per dose can be repeated every  6th to 8th hourly.

Paracetamol 325 mg can be given 6 th hourly for 11 yr old child for 2 days
