  4. Cold cough severe. There. pls guide!

Doctor my daughter is having severe cold and cough. And at times her head gets very hot. I'm presently giving only home remedies. Can u plz suggest me of what to do next as cold n cough not going down.. She vomits while coughing sometimes but the flum is still there. Pls guide
