Doc ..my kid age 2.6 yr is having severe cough n nose running frm last 6-7 days..we are giving nebuliser to him twice a day(budecort n deuolin)
Also montair lc (Od) & syrup sinarest (BD) but still not working for him..kindly help

Sinarest will dry secretions. Should be stopped.
