  4. Cold, cough and little fever. Medicine?

I have cold,cough and feel not good for almost 4 days Started on Monday until now. I havent take any medicine yet. I just drink a lot of water. But my nose still running :( Do i need to medicine? Thank you

Hello.. Well dear you need to take cetrizine 10 mg twice a day fur about 3 days and also do steam inhalation as that will help in the running nose you are suffering from...Please make sure that you drink atleast 8-10  glasses if water... Thank you
