Cold and nasal congestion for newborn

Asked for Female, 30 Years

For my 2.5 month old baby got cold and nasal block when the climate got change since 6th day of her birth. But she feed and happy baby. It any respiratory problems. But doctors saying nothing to worry. But she got breathing problems suddenly climate changing I do giving saline water drops for nasal block. And Dr gave tricold and spouridex drops for baby
