First 2 days only Dolo650mg three times a day. If the fever does not subside by then, get an RTPCR done. Then only an antibiotic is advised

don't give any antibiotics just yet... watch for other symptoms...if fever is persistent for more than 2 days get an RTPCR done.. just keep taking paracetamol according to fever every 6 to 8 hours and drink plenty of fluids
