My baby 3.5 months was on antibiotics since he had cold n cough from 12 days.....now today he was checked for his blood test(cbc n crp) n report was slight infection Hb 11.7g Tc 13.99 Plt142 CRP negative

If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever if required. Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
