Cold and headaches

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am suffering from cold since one week.i consulted doctor and took medicines but I see no improvement and I get frequent headaches from behind my neck to all over. I had checked for migraine earlier but migraine was not detected. And I generally take pain killers like saridon when I have head aches but that is temporary. I take steam by doctors advice, but even after that I am not able see any improvement.
