Hi, I feel cold and headache since morning in right side . Body temperature is normal.I feel that my throat is little bit  chocked.no breathing problem. What I do?

Firstly avoid taking any cold chilled items...take some hot water in a bowl and put some vicks in it and covering ur face with a towel..inhale the vapour..do it 3 timesdaily for 3 days ..if not relieved by this..u can hve T.Cetrizin 1 tab once daily for 5 days along with T.Paracetamol 1 tab twice daily for 5 days..
