Cold and fever
My daughter 11 year old has cold and watery eyes with little cough. she is slight feverish. kindly suggest some syrup

If mild,just give steam inhalations 5-6 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
