  4. Cold and fever. Cheston cold again now?

I am suffering with cold from 1- 2 days.. i have taken cheston cold yesterday night.. i felt feverish( 99.7 °C) from 6 am onwards..cold was controlled to some extent...and now my fever was reduced almost without any medication... but i am feeling tired ans headache is also there..i am 23rd yrs old ..Can i ake the cheston cold again now ??
