Cold and fever
I always feel chill. I have fever and cold every now and then even when i eat apple. I can't eat citrus fruits. Lemon acts as poision for me. what should I do?

Get your thyroid profile . And drink warm water always to maintain core Temperature to improve thermoregulatory mechanisms of the body. Stop cold drinks and aerated drinks. Eat balance diet .

If your allergic to citrus fruits then it is better that you avoid them. Your weight is more than the normal limits, which can predispose you too many diseases. Reducing weight, regular exercise, good balanced diet, will improve your immunity which will decrease your episodes of infections and fever.
