My baby is suffering from cold since yesterday and from last night she is suffering from fever.

Measure fever and if it is more than 100 and baby is irritable can give paracetamol drops ( as per weight of child, as might have been prescribed by your regular pediatrician).
For mild cold, can give nasal drops and sips of warm water.
If any danger signs and child does not look normal, show to your regular doctor immediately.
