HELLO, HOT SALINE GARGLE BEFORE MEALS TWO TIMES. TAB SYNAREST TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TAB PARACETAMOL 500 THREE OR TWO TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE DAYS OR AS REQUIRED. AMBRODIL PLUS 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY ADJUST ACCORDING TO DUTY HOURS. PLENTY OF WARM LIQUID. LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL N SPICES TILL SYMPTOMS DISAPPEAR. OK.
