Can take Tab Montek LC, once at night, for cold. Tab Dolo 650mg, SOS for fever and body ache.
Get tested for COVID.

• Drink luke warm daily
• Steam inhalation twice a day
• Drink kadha (Ayurvedic medicine) twice a day
• Avoid cold drinks
• Avoid Soda(Aerated drinks)
• Check SPO2 levels (if less than 94% then get admitted)
• STOP SMOKING If you do
