Cold and cough
The child has had a cold and cough for the past 10 days. Their nose is continuously running, and after sleeping, their eyes appear affected. Please find the attached photo of the baby’s eyes.  We have been using the following medicines for the last five days, but there has been no relief. 1.cefixime oral suspension IP. 2.dextromethorphab hbr,chlorpheniramine maleate and phenylephrine hcl syrup (Torex) 3.paracetamol,phenylephrine hydrochloride and cetirizine dihydropchloride suspension (cheston cold)
