  4. Cold and cough. Phelgm through motion?

My daughter is 4 years old. She's having cough for the past 3 days. She's getting severe cough while lying down. How to remove phelgm through motion? I have tried few home remedies. I gave sputnix syrup too. Pls tell some remedies

Syrup amoxy (250/5) 3 ml three a day Syrup maxtra (2/5) 4 ml three times a day Syrup (250ml/5) 3.5ml if fever
