I have for the last one month been diagnosed with fatty liver and high cholesterol, Vitamin D deficiency..besides being diabetic for the last 7 years. I am under huge medication..I now have cold and cough..I took Azithral 500 mg last night..but my head and nose is heavy and cough is dry..I took Xedex sugar free every night. What else do I have to take..I just want to close my eyes..

This might be allergic cough due to seasonal variation. Taking antibiotic unnecessarily will not help if you don't have infection. Need to know more about symptoms and ongoing medication to prescribe you medicines.
