  4. Cold and cough. Not curing. plz suggest.

Hello doctor my son is having severe cold and cough... I gave him levocetrizine five ml daily morning and evening. But still not curing... Plz suggest..

Continue levocetrizine, steam inhalation and otrivin saline nasal spray. If he develops fever consult online. Give him sips of warm water
