Having cold since last seven days and dry cough. Unable to sleep as it gets aggravated a lot towards night. Am taking Adulsa cough syrup but not very effective. Pls suggest. --

Hello, tab SYNAREST two times a day after food for three to five days.plenty of luckwarm liquids and nimbupani also in luckwarm water.black coffee with two spoonful of honetyn two pinch of cinnamon to be taken in morning and evening for few days. Tab TAXIM o200 two times a day after food for three to five days. AMBRODIL D 10 ML THREE TIMES A DAY FOR SEVEN TO TEN DAYS.tab MONTUK LC ONE AT NIGHT FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS. LIGHT DIET. Ok.
