Tab. Dolo 650mg BD (after food)
Tab. Montast-L OD (at evening)
Monitor - fever, spo2
Report to nearest hospital if any drop in spo2 more than 90%
take rest avoid exertion
and also drink plenty of water
For test - get CBC, CRP, COVID ag test done
