Cofryl syrup during breastfeeding
Hi, as the pharmacist suggested I had cofryl syrup thrice a day and breastfed my 3month old baby after an hour of taking it. I haven't seen any reduction of my cough. Will it harm my baby ?

Stop cofryl syrup, it's not safe in breastfeeding, it can cause toxicity in infants.
As you have breast fed after an hour of medication effect would be less
Consult Pediatritian if there are any symptoms (baby not breast feeding properly, inactive, crying continuosly)
