My niece had a cochlear implant surgery on 25 October 2015, till now he is taking speech therapy, though 3 months have passed there is no significant improvement, is it a cause of worry & if he does not speak during therapy then what are the chances of speaking
afterwards.

Hello,,, since your niece is still young and hearing voice for the first time (since 3 months), it will learn very slowly,, don't rush that baby soon. (although, there is individual variability).
