Clots at 26 week pregnancy
Hi, i am 26 weeks pregnant. I had some bleeding last week, did USG and there is a linear streak of hematoma. Baby is fine. I am attaching my report. Today I was having some red/brown blood with clear discharge and a very small dark color clot(0.5 cm). Does hematoma come out as clots?

Hi there. The hematoma is extra amniotic and it could show as mild pv discharge. But in excess should always be reported to the nearest gynaecologist. So that if there's anything else (abruptio placentae like situation) then you could be helped in time. Take care.

Yes dear it is quite possible that the hematoma has revealed outside as blood clots but you still need to be careful about any ongoing bleeding behind the placenta
