Hi, I recently had my sonography when the doctor said I have a clot. Attached is the report of the sonography. I am 16 week pregnant.

There is a clot with placental separation .please be on complete rest and take medicines to dissolve the clot and supportive medicines to prevent any further bleeding .all the best and repeat ultrasound to monitor this clot in a week interval

This is little serious Take strict bedrest Avoid intercourses If any bleeding per vaginum go to hospital immediately Cap Susten 200 per vaginum pessary twice a day for 2 weeks
