Hi, I recently had my sonography when the doctor said I have a clot. Attached is the report of the sonography. I am 16 week pregnant.

There is a clot with placental separation .please be on complete rest and take medicines to dissolve the clot and supportive medicines to prevent any further bleeding .all the best and repeat ultrasound to monitor this clot in a week interval

Take strict bedrest
Avoid intercourses
If any bleeding per vaginum go to hospital immediately
Cap Susten 200 per vaginum pessary twice a day for 2 weeks

Continue iron and calcium supplements
Continue Mothers Horlicks two spoons with milk two times a day for a month

In most of the cases cause is unknown,risk factors are high blood pressure, smoking, injury, usually it resolve by itself

Hi. This can happen if there is history of bleeding , or due to raised BP or any other medical condition . Mostly it will heal by itself . But you need to consult your treating dr.
