Closing extraction space for orthodontic
I'm undergoing my orthodontic treatment for which 4 teeths were extracted and as the gaps are closing I feel quite uncomfortable in talking and pain is a frequent thing, some of my teeths has become sensitive and my lower teeths have moved too backwords which does look very bad...my question was is it possible to bring the molars and 2nd premolar forward to close the gaps of extraction.

Hello Dear, Orthodontist takes a call to remove teeth in case when space is less while teeth alignment. 😬  It is no big deal, untill those gaps are completely closed before the braces treatment ends. Usually, orthodontist follow protocols of taking front teeth back as it is easy and faster anx most efficient way to close gaps. But, yes, in our practise, we do have come across such 2 cases in 13+ years of practise, whereby we took a call to move molars in forward direction, as you mentioned. But it is a rare call. As there are many other foreseen and unforeseen complications that crop out when we perform Mesialisation of Molars. This concept does exist and labelling it as inefficient way would not serve the purpose. Decision is always taken after foreseeing the situation, it can never be haphazard.
Next Steps
As a dentist and a medicolegal consultant, I can only suggest you to "Talk to your TREATING DOCTOR about your concerns, in detail", of course. Treating doctor's decison should be final. No doubt about the same.
Health Tips
Wait till some more alignment happens and keep informing your concerns to your TREATING DOCTOR.

Your teeth have been extracted because your teeth were probably forwardly placed. Now to take teeth back, your front teeth have to be shifted rather than shifting molars as that won't serve the purpose.

Hello dear,        Hope you are staying safe. Dont worry dear. At the end of orthodontic treatment, your alignment will be perfect and temporary movements happen everytime. Please be patient until the treatment gets over. Gap will be closed eventually and nothing to get concerned everytime in the process of treatment
