Clogged ear and nose

Asked for Male, 44 Years

I poked a hole in my left eardrum in December. That healed but now my left ear and left nostril are clogged and I can barely taste food. I have a salty taste in my mouth and my tongue has a whitish color. Been to 2 ENT doctors. A couple of visits and they cant figure it out. Also I bought this thing online where it blows air into your nostril and while swallowing it opens up my ear. But only stays open for a little while and while wearing a breathrite strip and using that tool my ear will stay o

Good that the ear perforation has healed. Nose block needs endoscopic evaluation. If the eustachian tube is affected on the same side of nose block needs further evaluation & treatment of cause.
