You desperately need scaling and further follow up visits to check if you will require deep scaling (root planing) . Bleeding usually stops within a week and there is no doubt as it is well proved that cleaning will reverse the diseased gums to health . If needed mouth rinses for a week can be used after getting a professional cleaning .
