I clean my teeth for 5 to 6 min because plague gets build up easily on my teeth. I brush my teeth very gently in circular motion at 45 degree angle. Am I damaging my teeth should I brush for only 2 min but then I am unable to clean all of them what should I do. What is the right way to clean all teeth in 2 min

Normally we advice to do brushing covering all the surfaces in 2-3 minutes. If you are not able to do in 2-3 minutes nothing wrong in 5-6 minutes. Only thing is dont over brush which might lead to abrasion of enamel. Speed of brushing varies from person to person.
