Cleaning of Ear wax
Hi doctor . My baby is about to be 4 months .he has ear wax .but no complaints of infection or pain .Just concerned about cleaning it .how can I clean his ear because I dont want it to stay in there for too long can create problems later .the ear wax is a little more .
Please help me out .

No need to do anything if baby is not crying or having discharge. In fact cleaning the ears is more harmful

Cleaning is more harmful as it pushes the wax inside if you use ear buds.Normally by chewing movements wax will be coming out little by little unknown.
In your case the reason is feeding milk by mothers in lying down position. Baby while feeding in lying position by mother the trickle of milk enters the ESR causing infection.
