Hello there, Hope you all are doing good. Kindly let me know that a creatinine of 3.5 in a healthy female age 32 yrs with burning sensation in urine and flank pain needs dialysis. No history of high bp or thyroid or diabetes. Pain in bladder. Needs dialysis???Her egfr is 85. She urinates 6 times a day. But there is bladder pain..and bladder inflammation. Does she needs to be on dialysis?? She has pain in both legs. No swelling on foot. She feels warm body temp. But temp is always 97.5. Is it kidney infection???Urine analysis shows 6 to 7 pus cells and no RBCs.. No stones in CT scan.... Does she needs dialysis??? Urine output 6 to 7 times a day and she feels weak. Pls help Regards

Since she doesnt have renal failure features hope she is going some electrolyte imbalance .. Dialyisys not required

Sounds like pyelonephritis. She needs I.V. antibiotics according to her creatinine clearance after urine culture & sensitivity. No need of dialysis as of now.
