Hello respected Doctors, Hope you all are doing good. Just want to know whenever we self diagnose our illness it says Cancer on Google. From fever to pain and inflammation. Why all the symptoms says Cancer.. I apologise for placing such a foolish question. But I am health phobia person Thnx n regards

Google medical knowledge is half baked knowledge it gives you information superficially. I’m sure 90% of people if they follow a recipe from google hardly 1% will be able to cook the exact dish why do people play with their own life.
Next Steps
Please consult doctors they are the ones who’s going to save you once you mess up your body with google treatment so in short I would say prevention is better than cure be safe stay strong

Hello, first thing try to avoid self diagnose ur symptoms on Google. Google provide u information, which is based on search engine. Every disease have different symptoms and even same symptoms have different diagnosis. But diagnosis is only confirmed by proper examination by Doctors. Coming to ur answer, cancer is a disease where all symptoms can be seen depending upon the area or part involved of the body. So, my suggestion is that don't diagnose urself with the help of Google. As u r health phobia person, so if u any symptoms or query, better consult Dr and sort it out.
