Hello sir Sensitivity will be there for couple of weeks or maybe 3 to 4 weeks and it will gradually subside with time. One thing you can do is covering your glans penis with cotton to get rid of sensitivity.

The sensation is normal. Glans is sensitive. Now that the prepuce is not present, the glans which is already sensetive will lead to pain. This will normally pass away once you get accustomed to it Also the swelling appears to be a normal post operative swelling . Don't worry it will settle down within a fortnight or so Hope this answers your doubt
