Circumcision sutures have not fallen off
Underwent circumcision due to phimosis and tight frenulum 15 days back. Doctor said that the stitches will fall off on their own after two weeks. The stitches still look like the first day after surgery. The stitches cause lots of pain if I have a random erection during the day or night due to pulling on the skin.

Usually the sutures take 3-4 wks to fall off If there ia pus point, there is local infection Otherwise you don't need to be cautious about the  sutures present there For pain, can apply lignocaine gel locally
