Post circumcision swelling recovery

It's been 3 months post circumcision yet I have a big swelling on my frenulum region. What should I do to fasten recovery?

Do u have any pain over that swelling ???Excess skin has been left out over the frenular area tats why u got that kind of swelling....Does the swelling disappear when your penis is erect??
