Hello dr,my child had gone circumcision it's been 6 days and today his wound  dressing got removed he is not comfortable having pain ...we r giving Ibugesic syrup since 5 days Can lignocaine tropical spray we use of the pain is unbearable kindly help...

For now try to avoid lignocain spray as it's absorption can be unpredictable and can cause side effects on fresh wound of circumcision causing irritation

try applying vaseline petroleum jelly on that area it will have soothing effect and give ibugesic to the patient according to weight that might help
