What type of circumcision is latest and safe. I have tight foreskin and small opening of foreskin. I also have thin lining is skin attached to foreskin and inside. When fully erected feeling pain.please advice. Need plan for surgery. Already one urologist recommended for circumcision for better sexual life. I need latest and best'method.
