Ciprofloxacin is very effective antibiotic indicated for different infections.All drugs have their adverse effects.But with ciprofloxacin , rarely associated with adverse reactions (e.g., tendinitis and tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy, CNS effects)
This commonly prescribed for adults ,not in children unless there's strong indication.
