Is it safe to continue cervical traction followed by ultrasound and ift even if there is no relief even after first 5 traction sessions or the trackion increasing the pain?

It must be a shoulder muscles weakness that is leading to neck spasm and pain. Taking traction for such pain is I think useless. You need good postural correction and shoulder girdle strengthening
