Cervical Pain
I am suffering from cervical pain from last 2 years , I have a traction collar with air pumping I want to can I use the same for 10-15 min neck traction daily

Yes you can use it but soft collar will be more effective than air collar. Also check for your pillow it shoukd cover you neck to shoulders and if possible use memory foam pillow.

That can be used but main concern is that you need to work on the neck muscles to strengthen them up and simultaneously stretch the tight muscles. This would help in permanent rectification of problem

Please visit a manual therapist. Traction is a low evidence method of pain relief and treatment. And a collar deconditions the muscles around. Those are the downsides. However if pain is only relieved by it, continue using it.
