Pain in cervical region(neck & shoulder)
I had pain in cervical region. After diagnosed by neurosurgen it was clear that it is not cervical spondylosis. He recommended me physiotherapy for muscle relaxation. But pain did not go away even after those massages. i stooped it after a week. it faded slowly on its own. but muscles in neck and shoulder region feels stiff and strained. Even only 10 push ups causes pain, stiffness and strain around cervical region and upper back. I used to do moderate selfweight excercises for 2 years.
