Neck cervical
Has typing up your hair really high anything to do with neck cervical? I am a neck cervical patient. Actually I was told by my teacher that because I tie my hair really high as a bun , this increases my neck pain. She told me to undo it and said no doctor would allow a neck cervical patient to tie their hair like that. Is this true?
